Hector A. Ledezma-Melendres excels at variety of immigration matters. He has extensive experience in handling family-based petitions and removal defense cases. He handles family-based petitions, waivers, and naturalization. He has successfully litigated before the Executive Office of Immigration Review cases asylum applications, cancellation of removal, bond hearings, and many other immigration matters.

Mr. Ledezma-Melendres also serves as a Board of Trustees member and Treasurer of the City of Passaic’s Public Library where he gives his time and legal training in guiding this public institution in better serving the local community.
